The aim of this uniquely (and lengthy) titled blog is to provide information on high impact news that affects rates (for example, a Fed Rate cut or inflation reports) and to inform you of trends and helpful tips to use in the mortgage world (such as ways to improve your credit score and changes occurring in lending guidelines).
