Hello, and welcome to “Mortgage Advice 101.”

I am a mortgage consultant in the Atlanta-metro area and have been helping people with residential mortgage financing since 2006. I work for Hillside Lending, which I discovered when searching for my own mortgage. I bought my current home in the summer of 2006, and I was so impressed with Hillside Lending’s customer service and values that I joined the company in the fall of 2006.
